Maintenance cadence for chillers, CDUs, pumps, and heat exchangers

The right cadence depends on duty cycle, water quality, and system criticality, but the maintenance rhythm should still be explicit. A liquid-cooled AI plant works best when the team knows what to inspect weekly, monthly, and quarterly.

  • Weekly: alarms, temperatures, pressures, flows, and visual leak checks.
  • Monthly: filters, strainers, valve position, and trending review.
  • Quarterly: heat exchanger performance, pump health, and water-treatment verification.

The objective is not to open equipment unnecessarily. The objective is to find drift early, keep the plant within its operating window, and preserve the margin required for fast-changing GPU demand.
