Workflow at a glance

  1. Detect the alarm and confirm the scope of the loss.
  2. Verify that the surviving feed is carrying the IT load normally.
  3. Isolate the failed path and lock the investigation to that side.
  4. Stabilize cooling, rack loading, and generator or UPS status.
  5. Restore only through the approved switching and failback sequence.
